Christine Potterjones, MD

Bio:

Dr. Christine Potterjones is a board-certified family physician now serving at the Elko Family Medical and Dental Center. After earning her medical degree from Temple University’s School of Medicine, she spent time at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) before following her passion for hands-on care. A lifelong backpacker, Dr. Potterjones always felt at home in small towns and chose family medicine to care for entire communities. After six years practicing in Battle Mountain, she’s now embracing Elko. Outside of the health center, she enjoys bicycling, hiking, quilting, and paddleboarding—and, of course, relaxing with her two cats. She loves caring for families—especially the little ones!
