Healthcare for the homeless

We will care for the homeless at any of our locations; however, we have a location built in partnership with the City of Las Vegas in the Corridor of Hope. The address is: 1450 N. Main Street, Las Vegas, NV 89101

 

Services: Family medicine, preventive health, women’s health, chronic disease management, case management, pharmacy services, health education, outreach, street medicine, immunizations and telemedicine. The outreach team at the clinics provide case management, referrals, transportation to medical appointments and in-kind services to the homeless population.
