Our experienced and professional pharmacy staff at our Sierra Nevada Health Center in Carson City can consult with you about your medications. We can:
- Provide you with written information
- Explain your medications and related precautions you should take
- Answer your questions about how to take your medicine, explaining potential side effects and what to do if you miss a dose
We accept most private insurance plans, Medicare Part D plans, and Medicaid.
For our all uninsured patients, we offer discounts on prescription medications. We offer additional sliding scale discounts for those who qualify based on income.
We match other retail pharmacy’s $4 drug programs.
Our pharmacy technician staff members are bilingual.

Other Pharmacy Services
All of our rural health centers operate prescription dispensaries allowing you the convenient option of having your prescriptions filled by your provider. Additionally, mail order prescriptions are now available to rural patients of Nevada Health Centers. Benefits of this convenient option include:
- Regular medications delivered directly to your home, P.O. Box or Health Center
- Automatic prescription refills
- Fill options of 30, 60 and 90 days
If you have ongoing prescriptions and would like to transition to mail order prescriptions, please contact the pharmacy at 855.888.7426 and ask to have your prescriptions transitioned. Talk to your provider about mail order services with any NEW prescriptions.
About Our Pharmacy Director
Stephanie Ingrey earned her bachelor’s degree in biology at the University of California, San Diego and her doctoral degree in pharmacy (PharmD) at the University of Washington. She has been a practicing pharmacist since 2001 and has been with Nevada Health Centers since 2007.
