Payment options

We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most private insurance, and offer a sliding-fee scale for patients. Services are offered at no charge to the homeless population. 

Services: Family medicine, preventive health, women’s health, chronic disease management, case management, pharmacy services, health education, outreach, street medicine, immunizations and telemedicine. The outreach team at the clinic provides case management, referrals, transportation to medical appointments and in-kind services to the homeless population.
