Services: Family medicine, preventive health, women’s health, chronic disease management, case management, health education, outreach, street medicine, immunizations and telemedicine. The outreach team at the clinics provide case management, referrals, transportation to medical appointments and in-kind services to the homeless population.

How to be a Patient:The Las Vegas Healthcare for the Homeless program is accepting new patients. It is appreciated if you call in advance for an appointment. The clinics welcome most private insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, and Women’s Health Connection. Services are offered at no charge to unhoused individuals.

Background Information: The Healthcare for the Homeless program is the heart of Nevada Health Centers’ Health Care for the Homeless Program. The staff provides primary health care for those in Clark County who have nowhere to call home. There are an estimated 10,000 homeless people at any given time in Clark County.
