Sangeeta Wagner, DO

Bio:

Sangeeta S. Wagner, DO, FAAFP, is a board-certified family physician practicing for over 25 years in Northern Nevada. She received her degree in osteopathic medicine from Western University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine of Pacific Pomona, California in 2000, completing her family medicine residency at UNR in 2003.
 
Dr. Wagner has held various clinical and leadership positions throughout her career. She serves as an adjunct community professor at the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine and foundation trustee of the Nevada Academy of Family Physicians since 2012.

Over the past seven years, her work at Community Health Alliance and Nevada Health Centers has led to a deeper understanding of the needs of under- and uninsured patients. Dr. Wagner joined NVHC in 2022 to establish a clinical research program. Offering patients innovative treatment options, where they otherwise lack access, has been a rewarding experience.
