Sandra Lewis is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for Nevada Health Centers. She offers cognitive behavioral and solution-focused techniques to create stability with her patients who are dealing with depression, anxiety, grief and unresolved trauma. Her goal is to help patients heal and be whole — in a measurable way.
“I recognize that change can be difficult, and I understand the tremendous amount of courage it takes to do life differently,” she says, adding that her ideal patients are those who recognize they are in need of help and are willing to do the work to reach their desired outcome.
“They are looking for change because doing the same old thing has become exhausting,” Sandra adds. “By agreeing on a plan of action and remaining open, change is possible.”
Sandra believes partnering with her patients creates their resiliency and resolve to become the best version of themselves. Her approach is collaborative, compassionate, non-judgmental and goal-oriented. “I will provide you with a safe and peaceful atmosphere to face your greatest fears, hurts, struggles and pain,” she says.
“I am passionate about what I do and genuinely want to see you reach your goal,” she continues. “I believe you deserve to be heard and that healthy validation and empowerment is the beginning of the road to wholeness.”
