The 2025 Smarts and Smiles Dental Care Fair was a smashing success, thanks to the combined efforts of Nevada Health Centers, Ronald McDonald House Charities, and a community of generous supporters, hundreds of children went home with healthier smiles and brighter spirits.

Over the course of the event, 177 children received free oral exams, each one leaving with a backpack filled with school supplies to help them gear up for the upcoming school year.

While waiting for their appointments inside the Ronald McDonald House, children enjoyed a warm, welcoming space filled with joy and surprises. Thanks to kind-hearted donors, kids were able to take home Pokémon cards, Girl Scout cookies, books, toys, and plushies, helping to turn what could have been a stressful experience into one filled with comfort and fun.

Several children wrote heartfelt letters to the Tooth Fairy, saying thank you for past gifts or giving updates on how they have been taking care of their chiclets.

The event was a true celebration of community care, wellness, and kindness. We’re so grateful to everyone who helped make it happen, and we can’t wait to see even more smiles next year!
