This year Nevada Health Centers was chosen as one of four Charity Partners for the Festival of Trees in Elko. The Festival of Trees is an annual tradition of more than 30 years held the week after Thanksgiving. This tradition brings the community together to support Elko-area nonprofits and generally get into the spirit of the holiday season. Each year, the event raises tens of thousands of dollars for local charities and nonprofits by auctioning and selling wreaths, decorated trees and other holiday-themed decor.

The 2022 Charity Partners chosen this year were Elko Swim Team, Ruby Mountain Little League, Special Olympics of Nevada and Nevada Health Centers. The Elko Convention & Visitors Authority (ECVA) Board of Directors made the selections. This year, Festival of Trees raised $41,701.40 for the local charities. Nevada Health Centers was awarded more than 10 thousand dollars, $10,425.35 to be exact. The money will go towards our continued efforts to provide access to quality healthcare services throughout Nevada.
