The Nevada Primary Care Association (NVPCA) held its annual conference on September 10-11, 2025, at the Tahoe Blue Events Center in South Lake Tahoe, CA.
During this yearly event, the NVPCA recognizes a handful of notable individuals from Nevada’s community health centers. These individuals are nominated by their organizations and peers because of the important work they do.
This year, two NVHC team members received awards. Rachel Grant, APRN, who serves patients in Wendover, received the Outstanding Provider Award; and Idaly Donacio, vice president of WIC services, was honored with the Unsung Hero Award. Rachel and Idaly, along with other winners, were recognized during a luncheon on the second day of the conference, and each received an engraved award to commemorate their accomplishments.
We are incredibly proud of these dedicated individuals who share their time, energy, and creativity to make NVHC a great place to work—and an even better place for our patients and WIC clients to receive care and support.
Congratulations, Rachel and Idaly, and thank you for making NVHC shine!
